In-gu is reluctant at first, but he eventually agrees to help Choi. He is released from prison and goes undercover as a drug mule for Jeon Yo-hwan. In-gu's mission is to infiltrate Jeon Yo-hwan's organization and gather evidence that will lead to his arrest.
